At Nxavo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Used, damaged, or opened products cannot be returned unless they were received defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened health and wellness products
- Personal care items
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
